CANCELLATION & Payment and order process



 As a consumer, you can cancel a contract at any time within fourteen working days after the day you receive the products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with the refund policy below. To cancel a contract, you must inform Dutch Energy Drink® in writing.

You must also immediately return the product (s) to Dutch Energy Drink®, in the same condition and packaging in which you received them, and at your own expense and risk.

You are required by law to reasonably take care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, Dutch Energy Drink® may have the right to object to you for compensation,

Orders with 24+ cans of Dutch Energy Drink, Water and orders from outside the Netherlands can not be returned.


You can pay for Products purchased through our online store with one of the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Debit or via your PayPal account, Ideal when ordering you must have Dutch Energy Drink® give permission for payment.

There are several required fields that you must fill in to enable Dutch Energy Drink® to process your order and to enable Dutch Energy Drink® to contact you if they need to discuss your order. Please fill in all fields carefully and accurately. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

Dutch Energy Drink® does not supply products until these checks and authorizations have been completed. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to us, your order cannot be accepted and Dutch4life® is not liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All payment and credit card details are processed directly through the secure PayPal payment gateway and not entered on the Dutch Energy Drink® systems.
